You have 3 days to CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION through paying the down payment to TahitiRESA. You will then access to your RESERVATION RECEIPT. The balance will be due to the hotel desk, once on location.
TRANSFERS : 45 days before arrival, you will send your arrival-info with your flights or ferry arrival times in the island.
The hotel will answer, OK ARRIVAL TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. If you bought transfers, the hotel will organise your pick-up at the ferries dock or the airport of the island, according to the indications you sent. If you did NOT buy any transfer, you will organise your own transfer by your own means (taxis, car rental, etc).

Conditions of use for Air Tahiti PASS
PASS are global price tickets for multiple flights between the islands
►General
Flights must begin and end in Tahiti.
PASS are close circuits flights. However you can have a leg of your journey through another mean than Air Tahiti (such as a cruise for instance).
Your path of flights must follow a logical order (no go and back in the same archipelago)
It is not compulsory to visit all the islands included within a PASS.
Only one stop is allowed per island. In case of a 2nd stop in an island, an additional cost can be applied.
A transit with a flight # change is considered as a stop.
►Particularities
Moorea : When you buy an Air Tahiti PASS, the possibility of a flight Tahiti > Moorea is always included on Air Tahiti. Your next departure will therefore be from Moorea. Bora-Bora : the boat shuttle which liaises the airport islet to the Vaitape Village is complimentary. Take care when departing from Bora Bora, this boat shuttle departs Vaitape about an hour before the flight. Tuamotu : To go from the Society archipelago to the Tuamotu, there are only 2 possibilities: either flying from Bora-Bora directly to Rangiroa (or from Bora-Bora to another Tuamotu atoll), either to fly through Tahiti (with an additional cost). The Pass Lagoon also includes roundtrip flight Tahiti > Moorea. You then continue your journey to the Tuamotu from Tahiti.►Rates and reservations
Each flight of the PASS must be booked in advance. Once a flight is boarded, a PASS cannot be modified, and cannot be refunded, even partially. In case of seasonal rates, the rate of the PASS is determined according to the the date of the first flight. All rates of the PASS are all taxes included (VAT tax, airport taxes, etc). The PASS Air Tahiti are only vaild 28 days. For longer validity Air Tahiti only sells individual flights.
The add. cost for children 3 to 12 yo
The additional costs mentioned are applicable for children from 3 to 12 yo sharing the same room than their parents. Infants under 3 yo are free*.
